Gwen's Gift

Instead of doing program 4, you have the option of completing the ICPC programing contest problem Gwen's Gift. This problem specification is on the kattis website.

IMPORTANT - Program Submission

To submit your program, you must follow this procedure exactly. No credit will be given to submissions that fail to follow this procedure. No exceptions.

  1. Register an account on open.kattis.com
  2. You may test your submission on open.kattis.com
  3. To get credit for your submission, you MUST register as a contestant in the official CS220 Contest as a team with your full name as the team name and only you as a member (no multiple member teams)
  4. When the contest starts, you must submit your code to the contest and the contest must show that it was correct.
  5. You then must submit the same code to checkin under the assignment name ICPC NOT under PA4
  6. Language must be Python
  7. All submissions will be checked thoroughly for copied code. Code your own work!
  8. An accepted submission to this challenge gets you 100/100 for PA4 AND will replace your lowest programming assignment with 100
  9. This can replace a 0 from a missing programming assignment. It cannot replace a 0 from a written assignment but will replace your lowest written assignment grade if that grade is the lowest and is greater than 0
